REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately of receiving the item (send a picture & video clip of the defective part). We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

b. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

c. Change of Mind: We understand that your needs may change. If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We may offer a refund or exchange, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
